Simple healthy meals – Four Season Salad

Avocados and tomatoes are a great source of antioxidants, which provide significant protection for your skin from the environmental damage that leads to fine lines, wrinkles and other visible signs of aging. Onions have anti-biotic and antiseptic properties to help you stay away from infections and can improve digestion.

Ingredients

Avocado

Red onion

Tomatoes

Marinade:

Lemon juice

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Method: Chop all vegetables into bite sized pieces and add marinade to your liking.
